NEW DELHI, INDIA: Marking the start of a new season, Five Point Five unveils ‘The Summer Loom’, a collection that celebrates lightness, versatility, and the enduring charm of Indian textiles. Earlier this year, the brand opened its calendar with its annual exhibit in Qatar, setting the tone for a year of continued engagement with its growing global audience.

With ‘The Summer Loom’, Five Point Five introduces a new weaving cluster from Rajasthan, bringing the spotlight to Kota Doriya - a quintessential summer textile known for its airy, featherlight quality. Crafted through the delicate interplay of cotton and silk yarns, the signature khat check lends the fabric its sheer yet structured character, making it especially suited for the Indian summer.

The collection is a vibrant expression of the season, bringing together a lively mix of sunlit brights and soothing pastels. From intricately woven textures to soft floral prints, each piece is designed to transition seamlessly from everyday wear to occasion dressing. True to the brand’s philosophy, these are saris that are as effortless as they are elevated - adaptable for work, travel, intimate gatherings, and festive moments alike.

Continuing its longstanding association with weaving clusters in Benaras, the collection also features a capsule of Chanderi suits, enriched with intricate Benarasi weaving. Lightweight yet detailed, these ensembles expand the brand’s offering while staying rooted in its commitment to Indian textiles and craftsmanship.

“The Summer Loom is a celebration of how we experience summer - through lightness, colour, and ease. With Kota Doriya, we are excited to introduce a new cluster while continuing to build on our relationships with existing weavers. The collection reflects our idea of everyday dressing that is both rooted and versatile,” share founders Radhika Jain and Nitin Singla.

The complete Summer Collection 2026 is now available at fivepointfive.in and will also be showcased at select exhibitions and leading multi-designer platforms across India.
